Contact us with your worker headcount, project duration, and accommodation needs. We'll send information and a leasing agreement based on your requirements.
Where are you located?
We currently have active projects in Odessa, TX, Pecos, TX, Big Lake, TX, and Kimball, NE — and we take on workforce housing projects anywhere in the U.S.
What amenities do you provide?
Weekly housekeeping, linen service, private bathrooms, internet access, full-size in-unit washers and dryers, fully furnished units, flat-screen TVs, heating and air conditioning, and all utilities included.
How much does workforce housing cost?
Pricing depends on crew size, location, project duration, and which services you need on top of lodging. Tell us your project details and we'll put together a quote.
How fast can you deploy a man camp or workforce housing?
Timelines depend on crew size and site conditions, but we've built a 100-home workforce housing project in 120 days, from planning through move-in. Smaller projects can move faster.
Is workforce housing only for oilfield crews?
No. We support workforce housing needs for industries such as oilfield, construction, government, and disaster relief. The best fit depends on the location, project length, and crew needs.
Can companies reserve housing for an entire crew?
Yes. We work directly with employers, contractors, and staffing companies to place workers together and coordinate arrivals, billing, parking, and unit assignments.
Are utilities and housekeeping really included?
Yes — all utilities, weekly housekeeping, and linen service are included with our furnished units, not billed as add-ons.
